Complaint from Carol Moore Goodlettsville, TNover 4 years agoMy daughter & her family have lived here since 2018 with no issues until the most recent management change. Now they can’t seem to get appropriate responses to their maintenance issues. They call, leave a message & never get called back. The only way to get a response/reaction is to write a note & put it with their rent check. Customer service needs help!
